About Bernadette

Behind every therapist there’s a story. For me to be in the good place that I am in now, has been a tough road at times but I wouldn’t want to be anyone else.

My life has taught me empathy and compassion for all living beings, It has taught me to listen, not with the intention to reply, but to understand. It has taught me to love with my whole being and without fear. I have learned to take deep joy in the ordinary and as my feet hit the floor in the morning and when I close my eyes at night, I say thank you. ​

Many years ago a dear friend nicknamed me ‘Tuskar’ because he reckoned I’m as far out as the lighthouse. It still makes me laugh but it reminds me that like the lighthouse I stand strong in the toughest of times.

My holistic lifestyle has helped me to become the happiest I’ve ever been and my aim as a therapist is that after a treatment you will leave feeling better than when you came in.
