Me,Myself & I is all about you & helping you feel safe within your body with CC guiding you with gentle yoga movements,

Allowing your creativity to flow with mosaic & crystal art,

Dropping out of your head into your body with Meditation,Breathwork & Sound.

CC is a Yoga and movement specialist working within the HSE’s mental health sector. CC brings over 10 years of experience and a deep passion for facilitating spaces that are trauma-informed and accessible..no Yoga experience is necessary,

With a focus on listening to your body, you will be guided through some light movement, gentle breathwork and a short grounding exercise. Everything will be offered with options for sitting or standing,
