Meditation & Mindfulness
Guided Meditation is a gentle, simple way to learn how to meditate, just bring a blanket & a pillow & join me as I guide you through breathing exercises & a beautifully calming meditation leaving you with a sense of peace & better equipped to deal with life.
I currently provide a number of workshops and guided meditation sessions;
Mindfulness workshops for children where they will learn breathing exercises & coping tips to help lessen & prevent the onset of anxiety.. workshops are for 5-9 years old,10-12 years old & 13-16 years old,
Introduction To Meditation & Mindfulness where you learn how to bring it into your daily life can be brought to any school,office, Community Centre,Day Care Centre,Clubs etc as a complete one off workshop.

Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness
For adults and also suitable for children aged 10 upwards, a lovely experience for a parent & child together,
This class will be approximately 1.5 hours,
In the class I will teach you breathing exercises to help calm you in everyday life..give you tips on using Mindfulness in every part of your day & there’ll also be a Guided Meditation where all you do is sit & listen whilst I guide you through a lovely meditation leaving you feeling calm & refreshed,
Before the meditation I will ground you with my Tibetan Singing Bowls & afterwards I’ll re-energise you with them, ( this works remotely as well )
Pre-Covid I ran this one off class very successfully in libraries,schools,day care centres & ICA groups etc & without fail people loved it & left with great coping skills & feeling very relaxed,
