Welcome to Sundara Self Care (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and
use of our website at https://sundaraselfcare.ie (the “Website”) and any purchases of products or services made through
the Website or by any other means we offer.
By browsing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase from us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after
changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. - About Us

Based in Ireland
Sundara Self Care is an Irish self-care brand offering thoughtfully crafted products designed to support wellbeing,
relaxation and personal care rituals. Our focus is on quality, care and creating moments of calm in everyday life.
Note: If your registered company name, CRO number or full trading address differs, please update this section with the
exact legal entity details before publishing. - Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to purchase products from us. By
placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all
activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. - Products & Product Information
We sell self-care, wellness, bath & body, skincare and related lifestyle products. Product descriptions, ingredients,
images and prices on the Website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible at the time of publication.
We take care to ensure product information is correct, but:
- Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images due to screen settings or batch differences;
- Ingredient lists and formulations may be updated from time to time (always check the product packaging for the
most current information); - Natural or plant-based products can vary in scent, colour and texture between batches – this is normal and not a
defect.
Important – Not medical advice: Our products are for personal care and wellbeing only. They are not intended to
diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant,
breastfeeding or have any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Always perform a
patch test where recommended.
- Pricing & Payment
Page 2
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the
right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (typically major credit/debit cards and other secure payment
providers). Payment is taken when you place the order (or when the order is processed if you choose a deferred method
where available).
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any
payment taken. We will contact you if this occurs. - Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A binding
contract is formed only when we send a dispatch/shipping confirmation (or when we explicitly accept the order in
writing).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect
fraud). If we cancel after payment has been taken, we will refund you promptly. - Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within Ireland and, where stated, selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs are
shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, product type and courier.
- Estimated delivery times are guides only and not guaranteed;
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery (or on collection if you arrange collection);
- Please provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect
address information or if no one is available to receive the parcel; - If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge a re-delivery or return fee.
For international orders you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by your country.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations (Cooling-off)
Consumer rights (Ireland & EU): If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts
under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 / Consumer Rights
Act 2022. The cooling-off period starts the day after you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of
the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email is fine) within the
14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened (where sealed), in original packaging and in a resaleable condition;
- For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, bath products, or any item that has
come into contact with skin or water unless the product is faulty; - You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product;
- Please use a trackable service and retain proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods we will process your refund within 14 days (usually to the original
payment method). We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is
necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible
with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including reasonable return postage.
These rights do not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
- Gift Cards / Vouchers (if offered)
If we offer gift cards or promotional vouchers, they are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of purchase/issue.
They are non-refundable, non-transferable (except as a gift), and expire according to the date shown. Lost or stolen gift
cards cannot be replaced. - Intellectual Property

may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
and effect.

constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior understandings or agreements. - Contact Us
